T Bar M Camps and Retreats is the host location for the 2022 All Texas Retreat. Sleeping accommodations are priced at a very affordable $115 per night per room plus taxes. T Bar M offers three lodge options:

• The Comal Lodge

• The Guadalupe Lounge (renovated rooms are on the first floor only)

• The Texas Rooms

When you book your room accommodation, please note the type of room layout you are choosing, as well as if it is upstairs or downstairs; T Bar M does not have an elevator in the Lodge building. Room layouts include:

• K - 1 king bed

• QQ - 2 Queen beds

• DD - 2 Double beds    

• Q - 1 Queen bed

 

Plenary and Breakout sessions will be held in map locations A and E
during the conference. If you would like to view the location of each of
the lodge options, please review the map of the T Bar M property.

Please review the following information before you confirm your lodge accommodations.

This information is provided by T Bar M Camps and Retreats:

• A refundable deposit of $115 is due at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance due will automatically be charged to the card on file on day of arrival to event.

  • In order to receive a refund, individuals must cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to arrival.

• Check in for rooms is guaranteed at 4pm and we ask that you depart by 11am.

• Lodge rooms come with basic toiletries, including bath towels, hand towels, and bar soap.

• Lodge rooms are provided with linens.

• Pets are prohibited on property.

• Smoking is prohibited in any building on property. A smoking fee of $150.00 will be billed if there is evidence of smoking inside the lodge room.

• Intoxication is not tolerated at T Bar M Camps & Retreats. 

• Absent written consent from an authorized T Bar M Camps & Retreats representative, T Bar M Camps & Retreats prohibits guests or other visitors from bringing weapons onto T Bar M Camps & Retreats premises at all times.

• If you’d like to room with someone, please make those arrangements on your own and work out the payment split between yourselves. T Bar M will take one reservation and one payment per room.
