Please note that T Bar M is a camp and retreat business, not a regular hotel. Meals are catered by event.

 

There is not a restaurant or café onsite for walk-up business. If you have a guest accompanying you but will not be registering for the retreat and conference, there are two meal options available:

 

   1. You can purchase a Guest Meal Package and your guest may join us for any of the group meals.

   2. Your guest can find a variety of meal options at venues in the area and eat on their own.

 

For all those registering for the event, your meals are provided. Meals may not be purchased onsite as we have to provide catering numbers several weeks before the conference and retreat.

 

The meal package cost for guests is $175 and includes:

 

• Dinner: Thursday, March 31

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Friday, April 1

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Saturday, April 2

• Breakfast, April 3

 

We must have your guest meal information no later than by Sunday, March 13, 2022.
