Your registration to the All Texas Retreat and Conference includes admittance to all activities and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the event. Lodging and alcoholic beverages are not included. We have negotiated a group rate at T Bar M, and rooms can be selected on a first come, first served basis. You are also welcome to stay off property.

Out of respect for all attendees, sponsors and guests, there will be COVID-19 protocols in place. Please review before you register. If these protocols change prior to the event, we will notify you by email. 

Please note that registration fees are non refundable, although registrations can be transferred. TCC assumes no responsibility for securing a transfer of registration; that must be done between the person who purchased the ticket to the event and the person they’re transferring to.
