Call for Speakers

We are currently accepting proposals through September 15, 2026 for conference workshops and pre-conference webinars. If you are interested in being considered as a Keynote Speaker in 2028, please email programs@texascoachedcoalition.org and use the subject line: ​Keynote 2028.

Conference Workshops and Pre-Conference Webinars (Oct. 2026 - Feb. 2027)

​

Length: 60 minutes for Conference Workshops, 90 minutes for Pre-Conference Webinars (includes Q&A time)

Format: Interactive workshop or webinar clearly related to coaching. ​

​​

The theme of the 2027 conference is Embrace Positivity. Expand Your Impact. This year’s theme invites presenters to explore how coaches embrace positivity and expand impact for and across individuals, teams, and organizations. ​​​​We welcome speakers who bring creativity, alignment with our theme, and a coaching perspective to share. 

 

Topics of interest include those in the categories of Coaching Mastery and Professional Standards, Executive and Leadership Coaching, Team and Group Coaching, AI and Technology, the Future of Coaching, Business Development and Practice Growth, and Cross-Disciplinary Coaching Topics. Please don't let these limit your submission of a topic you feel relevant for coaches; all proposals will be evaluated for program relevance.

Application Requirements


Before starting the application, be sure to have the following information ready:​

 

  • Presenter name and contact information

  • Social media link (LinkedIn preferred)

  • Presenter bio - long (250 word limit)

  • Presenter bio - short (approx. 50 words)

  • Session format (workshop, webinar, or either)

  • Presentation title 

  • Presentation description 

  • 2–3 challenges your session addresses

  • 3-4 learning outcomes

  • If applicable, the ICF Core Competencies your session addresses (https://coachingfederation.org/core-competencies)

  • Digital headshot (JPEG or PNG)

  • Permission for your session to be recorded for public distribution

  • Acknowledgements: Media Consents and Conference Fees (registration and lodging)

How Applications are Evaluated

​

  • Coaching credentials and relevant qualifications of the lead presenter

  • Potential for CCEU approval—especially Core Competency credits

  • Alignment with the conference theme

  • Demonstrated facilitation and public speaking experience

Materials & Equipment

​

  • Presenters are responsible for handouts, supplies, and other session materials.

  • Available on-site: AV equipment, including screen, projector and microphone

  • We encourage offering digital handouts when possible​

​

Submission Process

​

  • Applications must be submitted through the online application form

  • Applications via mail or email will not be accepted

  • You will receive an email confirmation on the same day your application is submitted

  • Notification Date: By October 21, 2026
