This website is owned and operated by The Texas Coaches Coalition. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about the Texas Coaches Coalition and an opportunity to register for the annual All Texas Retreat and Conference. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or register to attend the All Texas Retreat and Conference, you must be at least 21 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

When registering to attend the All Texas Retreat and Conference and purchasing a ticket, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the ticket when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The event registration price is listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page.

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to the All Texas Retreat and Conference. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of the All Texas Retreat and Conference - the Texas Coaches Coalition.

By opting to register and to purchase tickets to attend the All Texas Retreat and Conference, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not register for the event or purchase a ticket.

Please note that Texas Coaches Coalition reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer (TEXAS COACHES COALITION). These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets.

The price of one All Texas Retreat and Conference ticket is $699.00. This figure is non-negotiable. Registrants who purchase a ticket between March 23 and midnight on April 7, 2025 may purchase a ticket at the Super Early Bird price of $499.00. These tickets are refundable until midnight on December 15, 2025; a $30 administrative fee will be deducted. Registrants who purchase a ticket between April 8, 2025 and midnight on December 15, 2025 may purchase a ticket at the Early Bird price of $599.00. Starting December 16, 2025, all registrants will be required to pay $699.00.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to attend the event at the Omni Las Colinas, ​221 E. Las Colinas, Blvd., Irving, TX 75039, from March 5-8, 2026, when the All Texas Retreat and Conference is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the All Texas Retreat and Conference. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry.

The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets, once (s)he receives it. Texas Coaches Coalition has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that TexasCoachesCoalition.org is the sole authorized source for purchasing All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets, and that All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
​
The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as All Texas Retreat and Conference starts on March 5, 2026. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained. All event registrants will have the opportunity to earn CCEUs. These CCEUs will be sent to participants by email following the conclusion of the event.
If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue due to delays, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If All Texas Retreat and Conference is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Texas Coaches Coalition has the sole and absolute right to:
​
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If All Texas Retreat and Conference is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Texas Coaches Coalition will be considered final.

If All Texas Retreat and Conference has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s).
All Texas Retreat and Conference is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending All Texas Retreat and Conference is 21.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to sign in at the registration table provided and, if requested, provide a valid identification document (ID). Your ID will be used to confirm your registration and you will be issued an attendee badge to wear for the duration of the event and provide access to event sessions.
By purchasing All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Texas Coaches Coalition to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

Texas Coaches Coalition does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
​
All Texas Retreat and Conference and Texas Coaches Coalition follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at All Texas Retreat and Conference and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase All Texas Retreat and Conference tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.​
