Your registration to the All Texas Retreat and Conference includes admittance to all activities. Lodging and alcoholic beverages are not included. With the purchase of onsite lodging all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be included during the event. If you are lodging offsite you will have to purchase a meal ticket to cover breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We have negotiated a group rate at T Bar M, and rooms can be selected on a first come, first served basis. You are also welcome to stay off property.

ACKNOWLDEGEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION, REFUND, OR TRANSFER POLICY: Event Registrations can be cancelled up to 11:59 pm, Monday, January 15, 2024, (based on timestamp of notification email) by contacting (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations by this date will be refunded 100% minus a $30 admin fee. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee at no cost.
All refunds will be issued through Zelle or by Check. Alternatively, Registrations can be transferred to another party at no cost up to March 1, 2024. To TRANSFER a registration, you must notify (email@example.com) with the complete contact information of the person receiving the transfer. TCC will need to confirm the transfer directly with the new “replacement registrant”. In addition, this new person will need to sign T Bar M’s Individual Release Form before we can finalize the transfer.
Refunds will NOT be processed through Whova, our Event Engagement platform, to avoid additional fees. TCC will not be responsible for issuing revised invoices or other documentation the parties may need for tax purposes.
