Please note that while we will work closely with the venue to address health‑related dietary requirements and allergies, the hotel may not be able to fulfill every request. Submitting your information early increases the likelihood that accommodations can be made, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary preferences or specialized diets can be provided. I hereby grant the Texas Coaches Coalition ("Organization") the irrevocable right to photograph, videotape, and/or record my voice, likeness, or performance (collectively, "the Material").

The Organization is authorized to use the Material as captured, without alteration or the creation of new content using artificial intelligence or similar technologies. The Organization may edit the Material only for standard production purposes (such as trimming, formatting, or combining clips) and may publish or reproduce the Material, in whole or in part, for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes in any medium, including print, digital, social media, and television. This permission is granted worldwide in perpetuity.

I acknowledge that I will receive no monetary compensation for the use of the Material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which the Material may be applied.

I release the Organization, its Board, committee members, and partner representatives from any claims, including libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy, arising out of the use of the Material in accordance with this consent.
