Early bird pricing is $699 per person plus lodging to be booked separately through the venue. Please book your hotel using the direct link provided by the Omni Las Colinas to ensure you are part of the conference block. This will guarantee the conference rate of $209 plus tax, and will also help us meet our guaranteed minimum with the Omni Hotel.

The conference hotel is the Omni Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Single and Double Rooms are available at the conference rate of $209 plus tax. You may extend your stay at this rate for three days before and three days after the conference.​​At time of reservation, you will be required to pay a 1-night deposit. Cancellation policy: Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit 1-night deposit.

Staying at the Hotel

 

You must book your lodging separately to stay at the conference hotel; lodging is NOT included with your registration. The conference rate is $209/night plus applicable taxes.

Booking through the Omni’s TCC conference link guarantees the special rate of $209/night (plus tax), gives you access to the best room options, and helps us meet our contracted minimum with the hotel. No additional hotel fees will apply. If you book using a third party site, you’ll be subject to the an additional $250 Conference Hotel Fee to help offset the financial obligation TCC assumes when our contracted room commitment is not met. Our contracted room minimums are for rooms booked directly through the Omni.

Submitting your information early increases the likelihood that accommodations can be made, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary preferences or specialized diets can be provided.
