Early bird pricing is $699 per person plus lodging to be booked separately through the venue. Please book your hotel using the direct link provided by the Omni Las Colinas to ensure you are part of the conference block. This will guarantee the conference rate of $209 plus tax, and will also help us meet our guaranteed minimum with the Omni Hotel.

The conference hotel is the Omni Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Single and Double Rooms are available at the conference rate of $209 plus tax. You may extend your stay at this rate for three days before and three days after the conference.​​At time of reservation, you will be required to pay a 1-night deposit. Cancellation policy: Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit 1-night deposit.

NOTE: If you stay offsite, there will be a $250 fee to cover meals and use of hotel facilities.

Submitting your information early increases the likelihood that accommodations can be made, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary preferences or specialized diets can be provided. The Organization is authorized to use the Material as captured, without alteration or the creation of new content using artificial intelligence or similar technologies. The Organization may edit the Material only for standard production purposes (such as trimming, formatting, or combining clips) and may publish or reproduce the Material, in whole or in part, for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes in any medium, including print, digital, social media, and television. This permission is granted worldwide in perpetuity.


I acknowledge that I will receive no monetary compensation for the use of the Material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which the Material may be applied.


I release the Organization, its Board, committee members, and partner representatives from any claims, including libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy, arising out of the use of the Material in accordance with this consent.
