Call for Speakers will open soon.

All sessions will be 75 minutes: 60 minutes for the session and Q&A, and 15 minutes for session survey and room transitioning.

At the Texas Coaches Coalition, we strive to curate learning experiences that reflect the depth, diversity, and forward‑thinking spirit of our statewide coaching community.

For the 2027 conference, we’re seeking speakers who bring fresh ideas, practical tools, and meaningful inspiration—all delivered in a way that feels welcoming, inclusive, energizing, and rooted in belonging. We welcome proposals across a wide range of coaching‑related topics, including:

Professional Development for All Levels

Sessions designed for coaches at every stage—from ACC to PCC to MCC—offering skill‑building, advanced techniques, and pathways for growth.

Innovative & Future‑Focused Topics

Fresh, relevant content that helps coaches navigate today’s rapidly changing world: AI and emerging technologies, VUCA leadership, conflict and polarization, trauma‑informed coaching, navigating chaos and uncertainty, and supporting clients through change.

Business & Practice Development

Practical, actionable insights for building and sustaining a thriving coaching business: social media strategies (including LinkedIn), business building in 2027 and beyond, marketing best practices, and panels offering diverse perspectives on entrepreneurship.

Best Practices & Shared Wisdom

Sessions that highlight what’s working now—tools, frameworks, case studies, and lived experience that help coaches elevate their craft and expand their impact. Above all, we’re looking for speakers who create connection, spark curiosity, and leave participants feeling inspired, empowered, and part of something bigger.

We welcome both seasoned presenters and first-time speakers who bring creativity, alignment with the theme, and a coaching perspective to submit a proposal for an educational Breakout Session, or a pre-breakfast, mid-afternoon energizer (yoga, dance, journaling, art, etc.).

Application Requirements

Before starting the application, be sure to have the following information ready:

Name and contact information
Session title and short description (up to 350 words)
3–4 clear learning outcomes
If applicable, the ICF Core Competencies your session addresses (https://coachingfederation.org/core-competencies)
Digital headshot (.jpg or .png)
Long bio (150 words max) and short bio for marketing purposes (50 words max)

How Applications are Evaluated

Coaching credentials (ICF preferred) and other relevant qualifications of the lead presenter (co-presenters do not need ICF credentials)
Potential for CCEU approval—especially Core Competency credits
Alignment with the conference theme
Demonstrated facilitation and public speaking experience
