Early Bird Registration - $599

 

STEP 1: REGISTER

You are registering to attend the conference and participate in all the learning and social activities. Registration includes your meals during the three days of the conference. Registration is refundable through midnight on December 15, 2025; a $30 administrative fee will be deducted. After December 15, 2025, your registration may be transferred without penalty to someone else by notifying TCC in writing here

STEP 2: RESERVE YOUR ROOM AT THE OMNI LAS COLINAS

Reserve your room at the Omni Las Colinas at the conference rate of $199/night plus tax.

The event is March 5-8, 2026 (hotel check-in March 5). Read the FAQs for more details.

When is the event? The event is Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 8, 2026. Registration and check-in will begin at approximately 1:00 p.m. on March 5. Check-out time on Sunday, March 8 is 12:00 Noon.

Where is the event? The event will be held at the Omni Las Colinas, located at ​221 E. Las Colinas, Blvd., Irving, TX 75039.

What does the registration fee cover? Your registration allows you to attend the conference and participate in all the learning and social activities. The registration fee also covers meals for the three-day event.

How does the new venue pricing compare to the previous retreats? The retreat has been so well received over the first four years that we have had to relocate to a larger venue to accommodate attendees. Even with a larger venue, we are maintaining comparable pricing to previous years. The total out of pocket will be $120 more than the 2024 conference and retreat (TBarM) and $269 more than 2025 (Camp Allen).

What is the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable until December 15, 2025. We will assist you with transferring tickets; email us at contact@texascoachescoalition.org. TCC will need to confirm the transfer directly with the “replacement registrant” before we can finalize the transfer. You will be notified by email when the transfer is complete. Cancellations made up to 11:59 pm, Monday, December 15, 2025 (based on timestamp of notification email) will be refunded in full minus a $30 admin fee. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable, but as mentioned above, can be transferred to another party. Refunds will be issued directly by TCC’s Treasurer using Zelle or Check. Refunds will NOT be processed through Whova, our Event Engagement platform, to avoid additional fees. TCC will not be responsible for issuing revised invoices or other documentation the parties may need for tax purposes. Lodging reservations will be made directly with the Omni Las Colinas. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.

If I have food allergies or dietary restrictions, will alternative meals be available? The Omni Las Colinas has menu options available to accommodate special dietary needs. If you did not already indicate your dietary needs when you registered, please email us at contact@texascoachescoalition.org with your specific needs, and we will communicate those to the Omni Las Colinas.

Am I required to stay at the Omni? While you are not required to stay at the hotel, there will be evening activities that you may want to be present for. Most attendees use this as an opportunity to make new connections and share conversation.

Is there a discounted rate for the Omni? Yes! The Omni event pricing is $199 per night plus taxes for attendees. One night advance deposit required at the time of booking. This rate is valid for both single- and double-occupancy rooms. Sharing a room cuts your lodging cost in half. Omni event pricing is available for three (3) days prior to the conference and the three (3) days following the conference.

How long will the Omni’s special rate be available? The last day the Omni will accept reservations at the conference rate is February 11, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST.

What is the Omni’s cancellation policy? Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Does the Omni Las Colinas have any other policies I should be aware of? How much can I save if I register early? Regular registration is $699.00 (excludes lodging). Registrants who purchase a ticket between March 23 and midnight on April 7, 2025 at the Super Early Bird price of $499.00 will save $200.00. Registrants who purchase a ticket between April 8, 2025 and midnight on December 15, 2025 at the Early Bird price of $599.00 will save $100.00.

Can I bring a guest? To ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, registration is required for all guests. Access to sessions and meal services is strictly limited to registered participants, as these are covered by the registration fee.
