The mission of the Texas Coaches Coalition (TCC) is to provide high-impact personal and professional growth opportunities that connect and inspire Texas ICF and non-ICF coaches in collaboration with our local ICF chapters. Each year, TCC hosts a conference and retreat designed to do just that - bring coaches together to connect, support and inspire.
What You Can Expect
The All Texas Conference and Retreat is an opportunity to join like-minded coaches from across the state of Texas and beyond for four interactive days of immersive learning, collaboration, and networking.
You will experience dynamic keynote sessions, engaging workshops, as well as masterful coaching demos in small groups where you can observe and discuss live sessions by experienced certified coaches.
You can expect a wide variety of diverse breakout sessions led by expert presenters and Community Circle interest groups that dive deep into the most sought-after coaching topics.
And last but not least, you will have time to relax and enjoy down time by the lake or other quiet spaces, making it the perfect blend of professional growth and rejuvenation.
Location & Lodging
The 2027 All Texas Retreat and Conference will be held at the Omni Las Colinas, located at 221 E. Las Colinas, Blvd., Irving, TX 75039.
Registration is open. Early bird pricing is $699 per person, and expires at midnight on December 31, 2026.
Lodging: The conference hotel is the Omni Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Single and Double Rooms are available at the conference rate of $209 plus tax. You may extend your stay at this rate for three days before and three days after the conference. Once our conference link is available on the Omni's website, we will send you an email so that you can book your stay directly.
PLEASE READ: If you stay offsite, there will be a $250 fee to cover meals and use of hotel facilities.
ABOUT OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener
For more than 25 years, Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener has been at the forefront of positive psychology, studying topics such as happiness, hospitality, strengths, and friendship. He is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of positive psychology coaching and has shaped the field through his research, teaching, and global influence.
Dr. Biswas-Diener is the author of nine books, including The Upside of Your Dark Side (2014), Positive Provocation (2023), and Radical Listening (2025). He trains coaches through Positive Acorn and serves as visiting faculty in Singapore and Australia. In 2023, Thinkers50 named him one of the 50 most influential executive coaches in the world. He currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
