Feedback we received following the 2024 All Texas Conference and Retreat:
Deadline: October 15, 2024
About the Conference
The conference is an annual event that began in 2017 and is hosted by the Texas Coaches Coalition (TCC). The mission of TCC is to provide high-impact personal and professional growth opportunities that connect and inspire Texas ICF and non-ICF coaches in collaboration with our local ICF chapters. Each year, we host a conference and retreat designed to do just that - bring coaches together to connect, support and inspire.

The All Texas Conference and Retreat is an opportunity to join like-minded coaches from across the state of Texas and beyond for four interactive days of immersive learning, collaboration, and networking. Attendees will experience three dynamic keynote sessions as well as an MCC Coaching Mastery Sessions, where you will be able to observe live sessions by Master Certified Coaches, alongside diverse breakout sessions and Community Circle interest groups that dive deep into the most sought-after coaching topics. Plus, you'll have time to relax and enjoy the serene outdoor spaces, making it the perfect blend of professional growth and rejuvenation.
This year's conference will be held at beautiful Camp Allen, located about in Navasota, Texas, about a 1 hour drive northwest of Houston, Texas.

Belonging
"A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong." —Brene Brown
Even four years after the pandemic, one thing we all need more than ever is a sense of belonging. Community. A feeling of love and support that comes from being embraced by others. At the All Texas Coaches Retreat, every year we cherish the feeling of being welcomed and accepted. Come experience our joyful family of heart-centered coaches.

Believing
"Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." - Christopher Robin
We know from neuroscience that our beliefs define values and together they drive behavior. In coaching, we are asked to believe in the coaching process, in our client’s ability to address their own challenges, and in ourselves. This year’s All Texas Coaches Retreat offers multiple ways for you to strengthen your beliefs in all of these.
Becoming
"Life is not a having or getting, but a being and a becoming." —Matthew Arnold

Being is who we are today. Becoming is who we want to be tomorrow. Our second core competency, Embody a Coaching Mindset, calls us to pursue ongoing learning and development. It seems the more we know, the more we realize we don’t know and want to learn! The annual All Texas Coaches Retreat and Conference is dedicated to offering a wide variety of opportunities to learn new skills, all in service of honoring who we are and becoming the best coach we can be.
